About the Role
Lucien Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing services. You will lead client engagement efforts, nurture relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business by presenting our digital marketing solutions with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, networking, and outreach.
Clearly explain digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and business reports.
Track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools.
Mentor junior Business Development Executives and support improvements in BD processes.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in pitching, handling objections, and closing deals.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
